Please enter your fairADSL username and password then press the 'Find my account button'. If webspace is available on your account the details will appear below, together with a 'Activate my webspace' button. Click on the activate button ONCE ONLY then wait for your webspace to be activated, this can take up to 30 seconds so please be patient. A message will appear once your webspace has been activated and an email will be sent to you with your FTP details.
