How to contact support
This is for customers who are on the new fairADSL/4theNET Platform.
You can open a support request by:
1/ sending an email to support@fairadsl.co.uk
(IMPORTANT: The subject line of your email must start with the word 'support' followed by your Broadband Phone Line number)
2/ Login to your customer management account at https://billing.4freetele.com
(you will be sent a username and password for this system once your billing account has been created)
